The fading mirage of 'Made in America': the structural labor dilemma

Influenced by pop culture, highly educated youth flock to Silicon Valley, while others prefer service jobs over assembly lines, as revealed by U.S. media analyses.

　　Behind this, the U.S. manufacturing industry is confronted with three structural labor dilemmas -- workforce imbalance, stagnant wages and productivity gridlock. Without workers, can "Made in America" even exist?
